Black Belt Nia Instructor and Holistic Personal
Trainer. Robin has been teaching personal and group
fitness for over 25 years. She became the first Nia teacher
in St Louis in 2001 and has received the highest designation
of Black Belt Instructor this year.
Integrating and balancing the physical, mental, emotional and
spirit realm (holistic fitness) is Robin’s personal and
professional mission. Her deep love for movement and joy of

can trigger emotional and compulsive eating. This workshop
will give you tools for finding the causes for stress
and where it is held in your body. Robin will help you
find alternative ways to handle and manage stress that
can cause eating issues and other health problems. (3-hours)

Organic
Strength Training |
| Learn
how to firm, sculpt and strengthen your muscles the way
the body was designed to move. There is no need for bulky,
trendy or expensive equipment. All you need to effectively
define your muscles is already present in your body and
by using gravity, your body weight and the surface of
a floor; your ideal body will emerge. (3 ½ hours)
